followers of my faith [Mormon Monday 81]

Oh man. Scriptures about stiffneckedness are on my mind today. (Here's a refresher if you've been wondering how often it comes up.)

Maybe, MAYBE all those people can't figure out how to stop. Maybe it hurts to try to be any other way than the way they are. Maybe they wish they could turn their heads and see, or even bow their heads in humility, but they can't work it out. The only way for it to happen is the way of pain.

Sounds accurate to me. Humility generally does take pain one way or the other. But it's better when you have a Healer watching over the process.
