Here were the cookies of the month! (Not including May, but I'll just give you a teaser that the May cookie was well received.)
January: Marshmallow creme chocolate chip. I've made these several times since and they are WINNERS.

February: Just the regular old sugar cookie recipe from my mom.
March: Lemon poppy seed. A week or two later I made an almond version and those were yummy too.

April: I re-purposed the chocolate truffle cookies from November and tried to make them Mexican hot chocolate ones. But I went a little too easy on the cinnamon and cayenne, so the heat was barely noticeable. I'll try again sometime.
